Temperature couplings

Temperature control couplings have been specially developed for use with liquid media at temperatures up to + 160 ° C (for example on plastic processing machines).

The NW 9 couplings (pin diameter 13 mm) are compatible with Hasco couplings from the Z8 ... / 13 ... series and are available in brass or stainless steel. Coupling boxes and plugs are available with and without valve (ie switch-off or non-blocking). To connect a coupling plug with a valve, the coupling socket must also be equipped with a valve. The hose nozzles are designed for hose attachment by means of hose clamps or suitable for Push-Lock push-in hoses.

Seals: Viton (PTFE on request)

 

Temperature range: -20 ° C to max. + 160 ° C

 

Working pressure: 0-15 bar

 

Application range: For liquid media with temperatures up to + 160 ° C, e.g. for injection molding machines (200 ° C on request)
