When can you return an order?
  • the product does not meet expectations
  • the product has the wrong size
  • the product is defective, damaged or incomplete

For prompt processing of your return, please fill out the form below as completely as possible and email it to info@pneuparts.com after contacting us by telephone. You will receive a return number from us after which you can return the item completely and undamaged.

Please include a copy of the return form with return number with your return shipment.
Indicate the return number clearly on the outside of the package. (Shipments without a return number cannot be processed).
The return items must be complete, unbroken, in original packaging and undamaged.
Pack the return items in a wrap-around box to prevent damage during transport.

Products must be returned complete, in their original packaging and unused.
Damaged or incomplete products cannot be returned.
Specially ordered products cannot be returned. This is indicated on the order confirmation.
Hoses and pipes can only be returned in full coil or pipe lengths.

Cost of returns
For processing and booking the materials in our warehouse we charge €7,50 per return order, up to an order value of €100,- net. From an order return above €100,- net we charge 10% of the order value as return costs.
