Payment failed or refused?

You paid via an online payment, but did not receive an order confirmation? Check with your bank whether money has been deducted. If this is not the case, then the payment has failed. You can place the order again via the webshop. Has your money been withdrawn, but you have not yet received an order confirmation? Then we advise you to wait. It can take a while before we receive the payment. If you have not received an order confirmation after one hour, please contact us. Using the order number we can help you quickly.


Rejected credit card payments

It may happen that payment is declined. We have no insight, into the reason for this. If payment is refused, your order will automatically be canceled. There will be no charge.

Why do we check credit card payments?

We believe it is important to protect our customers from fraudulent payments. Credit card payments are susceptible to fraudsters. Payments are objectively and automatically approved or rejected based on a large number of criteria. A payment is rejected when, for example, the CVC code or expiration date of the credit card is not entered correctly, but also when an unsafe Wi-Fi location, where fraud was committed, is identified.
