MORE INFORMATION

Activated carbon tower

ACT activated carbon towers have been developed for separating oil fumes from compressed air (dry type separation). This ACT oil absorption dryer is made of high quality carbon steel. Flow distributors ensure an even distribution of the air flow through a bed of activated carbon. Oil vapors and other hydrocarbons are separated by the absorption process. Upstream we recommend the use of a super fine mesh filter. ACT and 1 μm dust filter is recommended downstream to intercept the activated carbon.
Working pressure: 0 to 12 bar
Dew point: 15ºC / 3ºC / -20ºC / -40ºC
Flow: 6 to 2800 Nm² / h
Voltage: 230 volt 50Hz
Includes: prefilter and fine filter (0.1 micron-0.01 micron)
Applications: Automotive, electronics, food, chemical, petrochemical plastics, paint, general industrial applications
