Pneumatic clamping cylinder, 40/45 mm, stroke 115

The cylinders are devices which change the kinetic

energy of the fluid (for ex.compressed air) into a linear

movement.

Thanks to its simple construction with rolled polymer

end-caps on aluminium tube and to the consequent

high reliability, the clamping cylinder can be condidered particularly competitive in industrial automation

where it is mostly used for clamping components.

Clamping cylinders are widely used in industrial automation. They can hold or clamp workpieces or components directly via a pneumatically operated clamping element. Thanks to its simple construction, the cylinder has a consistent and high reliability.

Clamping cylinders are available in both the single-acting non-rotating version, short type (L=140 mm) or long type (L=220 mm)
