Vacuum transport

By vacuum transport we mean devices in which the capture of the solid product is carried out by aspiration (suction), while the transport is carried out by impulse (blow off). Recommended for small punctual transports.

The AM vacuum tubes are vacuum pistons, powered by compressed air, with no moving parts. The common applications are extraction of particles, chips and vapors during the grinding of parts; extraction of fumes and vapors in closed spaces, collection of wires and scraps; as wire feeders in textile machines; hardening of pastes and chocolate, etc.

The AM/AMP ES series is specially designed for the vacuum transport of various raw materials over long distances. With no moving parts and at a low cost, these items are easy to install > these maintenance free items are constructive in shape, free of constriction and guarantee a fast and safe transfer without material bottlenecks.
